Service Description
This consultation is the first step to receiving your customized skin care plan to clear up your acne within 3-4 months. During the consultation we will review information about what the acne bootcamp consists of. You will also receive your customized product list Ready to get your skin healthy? Schedule your consult today. Please make sure to send 4 clear photos in good lighting of your skin after booking your consult to email: simplyneishco@gmail.com or text 951-756-6356. Please note your first and last name. The photos should be one front facing picture, one side cheek, other side cheek and under the chin. For the consultation, the call will be done via zoom or FaceTime. Please note which one you prefer. If you would like to do zoom, please know that the link will be sent one day prior to consult slot. If you would like to do FaceTime, please include your phone number. I look forward to being apart of your journey.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advanced. To cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours in advanced, please contact simplyneishco@gmail.com, send a text, or start a chat to communicate that scheduled change. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited, and will not apply towards a future appointment. You will be charged 25% of your service in addition to your deposit being forfeited if you do not reschedule your appointment by 24 hours within your scheduled appointment time. If you do not pay 25% of your service, you will not be able to reschedule with Simply Neish Beauty.In the event that you have to reschedule, you may only apply your non-refundable deposit to one other rescheduled appointment date only if you contact us before the 24hr notice period. If you have to reschedule your new scheduled date again, that will be considered a cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited. In other words, your deposit may only be transferred to your next appointment once. You will have to pay another deposit to book another appointment. If you decide to No Show to your Appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service in addition to your deposit being forfeited. In the event that you are 10 minutes late, an additional $10 fee will be applied towards your service. There is a 9 minute grace period. For anything after 10 minutes, please know that your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. In the event that Esthetician is able to still accommodate you after the 10 minutes, you will need to pay an additional $10 for every 10 minute time bracket late. Etc. (10 minutes-$10, 11-19 minutes-$15, 20-29 minutes-$20, 30-39-$30) This would only apply if and only if the Esthetician is still able to accept you after the 10 minutes.
