Our website is extended to all individuals, including those interested in the business portion or for receiving services. To be explicit, any individual who is a minor [under the age of 18 years old] trying to seek our services, must have an adult that can legally sign off and show proof of age, to accept the terms and conditions on your behalf.
Key commercial Terms offered to customers
When buying a service, you are (i) indicating that you have fully read and understood the terms and conditions that follow [including price for service, the agreement to follow payment plan/ payment package/ non-refundable deposit, agreement to have payments taken out from the date specified for specific plan] (ii)you are entering a legally binding contract to purchase a service(s), and/ or product when you commit to purchasing a services and agree to the checkout payment terms when entering your card information and or other forms of payment to Simply Neish Beauty.
Return and refund policy
All of our services are final sale meaning you are not able to get a refund or money back after being charged. We have no control of personal reactions (if no warning/ allergies have been provided) you may have and are not responsible financially if you are not satisfied with service. Once you agree to book a service, you are also responsible for the payment of the service. Each service has its own unique charge. If you opt-in to purchasing a packed plan, you are not allowed to receive a refund or request for your bank to authorize it as an unauthorized charged because you no longer want the service (**all of our package deals have monthly/weekly recurring charges that you must agree to prior to booking). As for lash classes, you are required to pay the full amount. We are not liable or responsible for licensing and business that you do after taking the lash class. The certificate is given after full payment and class is taken.
Retention of right to change offering
We may, with or without notice change services, pricing, and/ or location. We also periodically may offer new services, deals, and specials throughout our months.
Warranties & responsibility for services and products
All of the services we provide are services that you can not receive money back from. You are responsible to follow the proper aftercare to the service that you receive. You are also financially responsible and held accountable for your service plan provided. If you decide to opt out, it is your responsibility to email: simplyneishco@gmail.com in order to dissolve your account. Please know that there are no refunds on processed payments and you will be liable for a cancellation fee thereof. We are not responsible for any reaction(s) you may have to the products or services we use to fulfill the service needs. For product sales, we always triple check shipment before sending it out. After we ship a product, we are not responsible for shipment delays or damage to products. After a product sale, there is no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos The services, materials, logos, photographs, videos, graphic text, used within the website, the social media post, and the location of the service, all belong to Simply Neish Beauty [Laneisha Green]. As stated within the terms and conditions, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof. If you wish to create, post, or use images from Simply Neish Beauty you must first request personal permission, without authorization directly from Laneisha Green, you will be asked to remove. Everything within this site belongs to Laneisha Green, and you are consenting to understating thereof.
Right to suspend or cancel user account
Simply Neish Beauty does have the right to temporarily or permanently terminate any account users that may or may not be violating the site's rights. This site is exclusively for the gaining of Simply Neish Beauty, and if we feel that our site is being tampered with or fraudulently used for self promotion your account will be terminated.
Indemnification

Laneisha Green working as under Simply Neish Beauty is not liable or responsible for (i) mistakes or inaccurate information provided by you (the customer), (ii) personal injury (iii) any unauthorized charges that you may or may not be aware of after booking services, signing up for packaged deals, and classes (you may be charged for services at different times which the agreement is made prior to booking ) (iv) we are not liable for any work you may do outside of simply neish beauty (Simply Neish Beauty may
consult you, provide personal recommendations that fits your skin care needs, but we are not responsible for what you choose to do with that information. In addition to services, we are not liable to the information you learn after taking any trainings from Simply Neish Beauty. We are not liable for how you choose to utilize the things you have learned. Taking the course does not provide you with a license, but rather a certificate.)
